Bahram Ajodani - CEO

After obtaining engineering degrees at Strathclyde University, Bahram Ajodani began innovating in 1990 by founding one of the UK’s early meat-free food manufacturing companies, which supplied major supermarkets both domestically and in Europe.

Following a successful exit, he worked on cutting-edge food dehydration technology to create the world’s first healthy crisps made purely from fruit and vegetables. With factories in Scotland and Germany, the company won international innovation awards and led Ajodani to a 12-year stint in the USA collaborating with PepsiCo/Frito-Lay, supplying schools and retailers across the country. He exited in 2020

A serial entrepreneur, Bahram continues to work with many businesses as an executive/ non-executive director, chairman and advisor.

 

John Easton - Head of Markets

After completing a graduate trainee scheme with Grand Metropolitan John embarked on a 35+ year career in the food and drinks industry.

He has in-depth expertise across a number of key disciplines to include: general management, operations, technical, product development, sales & customer experience and environment, health & safety.

In 2006 he joined R&W Scott, at that time a fully owned subsidiary of Real Good Food plc, an AIMS listed publically traded entity.

John, as Managing Director (and laterally Executive Chairman) successfully led a Management Buy Out from the parent company in 2018. Post-completion of a turnaround plan John orchestrated an exit of the business via an EOT in July 2024

John currently has a number of business interests as investor, advisor, consultant and executive/ non-executive roles.

 

Simon Smyth - Creative Director

Simon is an accomplished writer, director, editor and producer with more than three decades of experience in film, television, and branded content. Based between Edinburgh and Dundee, he is the founder of Silver Cloud Films— a creative production company delivering cinematic marketing and advertising campaigns for brands that want to connect emotionally and visually with their audiences.

Over his career, Simon has written, directed, and produced work for global brands including Mars Inc., Sony Pictures, BBC Worldwide, Universal Music, Microsoft, KFC, and 20th Century Fox, developing a signature blend of visual storytelling and strategic clarity. His approach fuses agency-level creative direction with a filmmaker’s precision — balancing concept, craft, and commercial impact.

Alongside his commercial work, Simon leads The Motion Academy, an online Academy designed to teach advanced content strategy and AI-augmented creative production to filmmakers, agencies, and business owners.

Simon’s work spans cinema, broadcast, digital, and social media, built on a philosophy that the best stories are crafted to shift behaviour — combining imagination, intelligence, and emotional truth.

 

Hannah Domingo - Exec Producer

A Senior Stllls and Video Producer with over 12 years of experience in end-to-end creative production for fashion, beauty and luxury brands. Hannah has worked on a diverse range of productions including commercial stills, TVCs, branded content, animation and CGI.
